Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 2026

Welcome to BestBrandsHQ.com. We know privacy policies aren’t exactly the most exciting thing to read, but yours matters to us. So we’ve kept this one simple, clear, and free of confusing legal jargon.

The short version? We respect your privacy. We don’t sell your data. We don’t do anything shady with your information. And we never will.

Now here’s the full picture.

Who We Are

BestBrandsHQ.com is an independent bag review website founded by Gregory Hoskins in March 2026. Our mission is to help people make smarter buying decisions when shopping for bags online. This privacy policy explains how we handle any information collected when you visit our site.

What Information We Collect

Let’s be upfront about this. We collect very minimal information, and none of it is the kind of stuff that keeps you up at night.

  • Information You Give Us Voluntarily. If you send us an email through our contact page, we’ll have your email address and whatever you include in your message. That’s it. We only use this to respond to you. We don’t add you to any mailing list or share your email with anyone.
  • Information Collected Automatically. When you visit our site, certain non-personal data is collected automatically through the analytics tools we use (more on that below). This includes things like what pages you visited, how long you stayed, what device and browser you used, your general geographic location (country or city level, never your exact address), and how you found our site (search engine, direct link, etc.).

This kind of data helps us understand what content is helpful, what needs improving, and how people are finding us. It does not tell us who you are personally.

Analytics Tools We Use

We use three trusted, industry-standard tools to monitor our site traffic and performance.

  • Google Analytics. This helps us see how visitors interact with our site. Things like which pages get the most visits, how long people spend reading our reviews, and where our traffic comes from. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data, but it’s all anonymous and aggregated. We don’t see your name, your email, or anything personally identifiable through this tool. You can learn more about how Google handles data by visiting Google’s own privacy page.
  • Google Search Console. This tool helps us understand how our site performs in Google search results. It shows us what search terms bring people to our site, how often our pages appear in search results, and whether there are any technical issues we need to fix. This data comes from Google’s side and doesn’t involve collecting anything directly from you.
  • Bing Webmaster Tools. Similar to Google Search Console, this helps us monitor how our site appears in Bing search results. It gives us insight into search performance and site health on the Bing side of things. Again, no personal data is collected from you through this tool.

That’s the full list. We don’t use any creepy tracking software, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad networks. What you see above is everything.

How We Use Your Information

Here’s exactly what we do (and don’t do) with any information we collect.

  • We do use analytics data to improve our content and make the site better for you. We do use your email to reply if you contact us. We do use search performance data to make sure our reviews are easy to find.
  • We don’t sell your information to anyone. Ever. We don’t share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We don’t send spam or unsolicited emails. We don’t use your information for anything beyond what’s described in this policy.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies primarily through Google Analytics. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser that help analytics tools understand site traffic patterns. These cookies don’t collect personal information.

If you’re not comfortable with cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings at any time. Your experience on our site won’t be affected in any meaningful way.

Third-Party Links

Our reviews often include links to external websites where you can purchase the bags we write about. Once you click on one of those links, you’re on that site’s turf, not ours. We have no control over their privacy practices, so we encourage you to check their privacy policies as well.

Children’s Privacy

BestBrandsHQ is not directed at children under the age of 13. We don’t knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we’ll remove it immediately.

Your Rights

You have every right to know what data (if any) we have that’s connected to you, ask us to delete it, opt out of cookies through your browser settings, and email us with any privacy-related questions or concerns.

We’ll always do our best to respond quickly and transparently.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, we’ll post the updated version right here with a new “Last Updated” date at the top. We won’t make any major changes without making it easy for you to notice.

Questions?

If anything in this policy is unclear, or if you have any concerns about your privacy, just reach out. We’re real people and we’re happy to answer.

The Bottom Line

We’re a small, independent site built by someone who genuinely cares about helping people find the right bag. We’re not in the business of harvesting data or doing anything sketchy with your information. Your trust means everything to us, and we intend to keep it that way.

Thanks for visiting BestBrandsHQ. We’re glad you’re here.
